Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with ExitGuard, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Your payment will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout. By submitting your order, you authorise ExitGuard to charge your nominated payment method for the full order amount.

2. Estimated Delivery

Pre-order products are not yet available for immediate dispatch. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping delays. ExitGuard will notify you of any significant changes to your estimated delivery date.

3. Order Fulfilment

Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at the details below. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns and refunds policy applies.

5. Product Changes

ExitGuard reserves the right to make minor modifications to product specifications prior to fulfilment. If any significant changes are made, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Delays

ExitGuard is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
